Threshold Coaching is a data-driven endurance training platform that provides:
- Personalized training plans for running and cycling
- Auto-adjusting workout schedules based on your performance and lifestyle
- Training zone calculations from physiological data (lactate testing, VO2 max)
- Hydration and nutrition recommendations
- Integration with third-party fitness platforms and devices
- Calendar integration for smart scheduling
3. Health and Fitness Disclaimer
Important Medical Disclaimer: The Service provides training guidance based on data analysis and algorithms. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program or making significant changes to your training.
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation in endurance training activities.
- You have consulted with a physician or healthcare provider regarding any health concerns before using the Service.
- The training plans and recommendations provided are general in nature and may not be appropriate for your specific health situation.
- You assume full responsibility for your physical activity and any risks associated with exercise.

4. Account Registration

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Garmin Connect, Strava, Wahoo, Intervals.icu, TrainingPeaks, and calendar services. By connecting these services:
- You authorize us to access and use data from these platforms as described in our Privacy Policy
- You agree to comply with the terms of service of those third-party platforms
- You understand that we are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services
- You acknowledge that third-party services may change or discontinue their APIs, affecting our integration
7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its content, features, functionality, design, algorithms, and code, is owned by Threshold Coaching and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data, content, or information you provide to the Service ("Your Content"). By providing Your Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display Your Content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

8. Subscription and Payment
8.1 Free and Paid Features
The Service may include both free and paid features. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.

If you purchase a subscription:
- You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date
- Prices may change with notice; continued use constitutes acceptance of new prices
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in these Terms

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- Training recommendations will produce any particular results
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
- Any errors in the Service will be corrected
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THRESHOLD COACHING AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill
- Any personal injury or physical harm arising from your use of the Service
- Any damages exceeding the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Threshold Coaching and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

12. Modifications to Service and Terms

13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

- We may delete your account and data (subject to our data retention policy)
- Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings.
